Doggos love food. This is simply just a fact that will never change no matter how hard we try to teach our pups to control their insatiable hunger. Many dog parents around the world will agree that when it comes to food, no holds are barred. Most of the time, our dogs’ love for food will only lead to a hilarious moment that we can laugh about.
But sometimes, their hunger could cause a lot more damage than expected. This is a lesson that a family from O’Fallon, Missouri, learned just last month after their neighbor’s doggo climbed onto the hood of their new car. The pooch was trying to get some pizzas that were mysteriously placed there by the delivery man the night before.
Sharie Ford explained in an interview that her son called the local Domino’s to order two boxes of pizzas. When the delivery man arrived, instead of ringing the doorbell, he just left the pies on the hood of a brand new car that belongs to Sharie’s daughter.
Nobody knew why the delivery man didn’t contact the Ford household who was waiting all night for the pizzas. Sharie’s son called Domino’s several times to follow up on their order to no avail. The next morning, they checked on their security footage and were surprised at what they saw.
The neighbor’s doggo noticed the pizzas that were sitting on the car’s hood overnight and decided to have a hearty breakfast. He reached up on the hood and pulled one of the boxes down. Unfortunately, it left several scratches on the new car’s hood.
The Domino’s that handled the order promised to pay for the damages after several complaints received from Sharie. There may be several questions left unanswered regarding the delivery man’s actions. But one thing is for certain, that doggo had a great morning.
