True to his name, Scooby, a four-year-old golden retriever, helped New York City police officers solve the mystery of the recent crime in Brooklyn. To be more specific, a number of homes were burglarized along Highlawn Avenue. But how did a dog helped in solving a crime?
Scooby was stolen by an unknown person. At the time that Scooby was stolen, the police officers were also in the midst of finding who burglarized the homes in Brooklyn. During the investigation, the police officers received a tip on the whereabouts of the possible suspect. Hoping to solve the case, the police officers quickly went into the house of the suspect. Once they reached the house of the suspect, they were surprised who opened the door for them – a dog who is very happy and excited about their arrival. After a few minutes, the police officers realized that the dog was stolen too. They also found out that Scooby was stolen by the very same person who burglarized the homes in Highlawn Avenue in Brooklyn based on the security camera videos.
Right now, Scooby has been returned to his rightful owner. On the other side, the suspect was arrested and was found guilty of the crime.
