All dog owners know that dogs have different personalities. Others can be shy, while some tend to be extra energetic and bubbly. Given that they have personalities, dogs are also capable of emotions. They get happy when you’re around and you have treats to share, while some get anxious when their owners leave their side. The funny thing is, they can get jealous too!
And not only are they capable of feeling jealousy, they’re also capable of doing something about it! They can act on it as much as the next jealous girlfriend can! And we have proof!

The viral video shows that it’s natural for our loyal best friends to get jealous. And here, we have three jealous-stricken dogs who couldn’t help but do something about it!
In the first video, we have an adorable Golden Retriever that got jealous when his owner started petting a toy dog. In the video, you can see how sad his eyes were whenever his owner would skip petting him and just give attention to the toy dog. You would think that it doesn’t mean a thing and that he’s actually doing okay as he just sat there and waited for his owner to pat him — that the glances were meaningless. But, no. He was getting ready to take action. Right after his owner left the room, the dog wasted no time. He immediately attacked the toy dog and whirred it around that it even on the floor! Jealousy can apparently drive both humans and dogs crazy!
Such nature is manifested in the next video with another Golden Retriever and yet another toy dog. This one didn’t even wait to be left alone with the toy dog, for it can be seen as transparently angry whenever the owner would pet the toy dog!
Last on the video is an adorable Siberian Husky who competed for attention with his very own son! It can be seen that the puppy was sleeping beside the owner. The dog cannot exempt any puppy from such situation, not even his own son! Hence, he pulled the puppy from his owner’s side and sent it sleepily falling down the floor. He then hopped to the owner’s side and took over the sweet spot. Indeed, dogs are adorable creatures capable of complex emotions!
