Serenity, a four-year-old Siberian Husky, was discovered wandering the streets of San Antonio, Texas, as a stray. Unfortunately, she had a large tumor growing in the middle of her face, which made her look unusual and prevented her from finding a forever home. A non-profit charity organization learned about the dog and decided to help her. They transported Serenity to Dallas, where she was given a second chance at life.

Special
Because Serenity had an uncertain future, Patti decided to make her remaining time special. The kind foster mom prepared delicious meals and spent most of her days playing with the dog. She even encourages other people to donate to her care.
Patti shared her story online and even had professional photos of the dog taken. People became very interested in Serenity and soon sent care packages. The dog loved receiving them and would delightfully bark whenever they opened a box.
No one knows when it would be her time to go. But in the meantime, Serenity will be a spoiled dog under her loving foster mom’s care.
