Ingredients:
1 apple
1 cup of Greek, plain or non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Steps:
1. Combine and mix your yogurt and peanut butter in a bowl. You can opt to add water.
2. Slice your apple into easy-to-bite chunks. Remove the seeds.
3. Pour the mix into your ice cube tray, filling up to the brim. Top all slots with the bite-size chunk of apple.
4. Put in the freezer.
5. Serve frozen.
