Another way to increase the confidence of a dog is by engaging him into sports. When a dog is engaged in sports, he doesn’t just have fun but he also becomes physically fit. A physically fit dog can do everything and have fun at all times which is contributory in building his confidence.
But of course, you don’t have to push your dog too hard to engage in sports. This might even make him lose the little confidence that he has. Do it in moderation only.
Building the confidence of your dog isn’t easy. It will drain you if you don’t know it, but will also give you fun when you have already mastered it.
