Mad Props To This Woman Who Diligently Cares For A Dog That Couldn’t Move

Mad Props To This Woman Who Diligently Cares For A Dog That Couldn’t Move

Not everyone is willing to care for an elderly or disabled dog. However, some people are willing to make certain sacrifices in order to see a living being flourish. Such an act is depicted in the following story.

A woman named Ali Thompson became the foster mom of a tetanus-infected puppy named Bunny. Her previous owner couldn’t afford her medical bills, so she was surrendered to Ali.

Because of her condition, Bunny has become really stiff that she has to be carried all the time. Ali feeds her with a needleless syringe. The woman is sure determined to do everything she could to ensure Bunny’s survival.

Ali did everything she could to keep Bunny’s range of motion as wide as possible. To reduce stimulation, she would cover Bunny’s eyes occasionally. The dog’s tail even began to wag at one point.

The diligent woman also laid Bunny down on a green lawn at one time. It was the dog’s first experience to be outdoors. Ali could see Bunny was excited despite her inability to move.

Ali was continuously encouraging Bunny to walk and assisting her in moving. The woman returned home one day to find Bunny wagging her tail wildly. The dog was soon able to stand on her own the next day. Ali was surely overjoyed by what she saw.

On one normal day, Ali returned home from work to find her husband with Bunny. They had taken a seat on the grass. Bunny got the courage to move when she spotted Ali. Ali was overjoyed to the point that she was almost in tears.

Ali had no intention of keeping Bunny. She was simply caring for her so the dog would be better. She was adamant about not getting another dog, and her husband agreed. But they also knew that Bunny fit right in with the family.

Ali decided to keep Bunny in the end. She was a lovable pit bull puppy. Not every dog would be able to go through what Bunny did and come out the other side alive and well.
