America’s love for dogs is out of this world. So much so that this love even reflects in its seat of power— the White House. US Presidents have kept dogs with them that are loved and adored the world over. However, this streak of dog love experienced a full stop when President Trump started his administration.
For the first time in 120 Years, a US president has no dog with him in the White House!
Conan is the mighty dog that chased down the ISIS leader that ended up committing a suicide. Such chase lead to the leader’s demise and effectively weakened the terrorist group.
Conan, a Belgian Malinois, was forefront in the chase. So much so that when the ISIS leader committed suicide by detonating a bomb, the dog was injured as he was near the area where the ISIS leader was cornered and died. Luckily, he is now in full recovery and is back in good health.
Conan’s visit highlighted how people have been missing a dog’s sweet presence in the White House. Some are even asking if there will even be a chance for President Trump to have one in the near future.
Per Trump’s speeches, he shared how he doesn’t have a dog because he doesn’t have the time for it. He also somehow sees it as phony if he’d be walking on the White House lawn with a dog in tow.
Perhaps it’s time for the president to consider having a fur buddy. It will not only give so much joy to all but will ultimately add to his overall well-being! This is to hoping that the President sees the light and consider having a fur buddy to brighten up his life in White House!
